At The FoodBev, we strive to provide fast, reliable delivery so you can enjoy your favourite drinks without delay. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee — usually 1–2 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available only within Atherstone and surrounding areas. Please contact us to check availability.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We aim to expand our delivery network in the future — please check this page for updates.

General options:

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a flat fee of £4.99.
  • Express Delivery: An additional charge of £7.99 applies to express delivery orders.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Atherstone only): Flat rate of £10.

Note: We work with reputable couriers (including Royal Mail and others) and our system will automatically select the most appropriate courier based on the items ordered, delivery speed chosen, and parcel weight. Customers cannot select a specific courier at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel either through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on our site.

Packaging

We take care to package drinks securely. Bottles are wrapped and boxed to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Signing for Deliveries

Couriers may request a signature or photographic proof of delivery. Some deliveries may be left in a safe place or collected from a pick-up point depending on your delivery instructions and courier rules.

Age Verification

Deliveries containing age-restricted products may be subject to “Challenge 25” or similar ID checks. If the courier has reason to believe the recipient is underage, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you have valid ID available when accepting delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you don’t see the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
