It’s unquestionably among the greatest of all champagnes and unique in that it remains family owned – very much in contrast with a great majority of the most famous champagne houses now owned by the big luxury conglomerates. Long my favourite, Champagne Bollinger is also the oldest Royal Warrant holder, and, as we all know, James Bond’s favourite, too.
